You will be calling businesses on our behalf setting up appointments for our
printing services.
We provide the scripts and leads.Here's What We Expect:
- Be MERCILESS about nailing and exceeding goals - Specifically the calls per day, appointments set every week, and sales closed from set appointments
- Call prospects/accounts from targeted lists and set appointments - Like you own it!
- Easily adapt working within shifting calendars and schedules
- Guide clients through online purchasing as needed
- Report KPI's daily/weekly
- Communicate with prospects, follow up, and confirm appointments
- Log all communications with our CRM - "If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen"
- Be interested and get understanding of our target markets, verticals, and specific location terminology
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of telemarketing experience and background
- B2B products/services experience in selling
- Phone dialer and CRM experience
- Excellent communication with verbal and written skills
- Proven track credentials to exceed objectives and goals
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and winning attitude
- Capacity to effectively follow a proven script, take feedback, and be coachable
