Graphic Designer for a start-up educational company

We are a small company with a team based in Germany and the Philippines. Our core business is the development of paper-based coaching tools, mostly card decks for workshops, coaching and ---------- taFox is all about learning and developing people both for our clients & customers as well as for the people we work with. We are looking for your help for a few hours per week. We’ve outlined your key responsibilities, skills and knowledge below.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design of print products with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop or other tools. This could include:

1. Administering and further developing an existing portfolio of coaching card deck designs with an eye for detail. For our core-products, we already have many templates which you are invited to use and develop further.

2. Creating new designs for products such as coaching cards, posters, calendars, notebooks and games, based on guidance and content provided from our team, including
- implement the requirements from our content & core team
- join our core team in taking a user perspective and co-develop the product
- provide your opinion and creativity on design questions

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Passion and eye for beautiful designs
- Interest in personal development, coaching and learning (these are the goals of the great products you’re going to co-develop and market!)
- Willingness to design webpages according to guiding instructions as well as the creativity to add your extra spice and style
- Workflow and communication: Asana, Slack, Google Suite
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and possibly other design software

OUR OFFER
- 5€ per hour, or to be discussed depending on your experience
- About 10 hours per week, sometimes strongly varying depending on tasks & projects assigned
