JOB DESCRIPTION
- You’ll execute strategies based on proactive messaging designed to get rapid engagement.
- You are the voice of our clients on social media. Attention to detail is key.
- Spelling, grammar, and creativity in writing are all extremely important.
- Some of the skills you’ll need are listed below: (you don’t need all of them to apply, but the more the better)

GRAPHICS DESIGN
- Quote cards, page layout, thumbnails, etc.
- Copywriting
- Catchy social media photo and video descriptions
- Social Media scheduling
- Videos, photos, copy on FB, IG, LI, IGTV, Twitter, and YT
- Nurture email management
- Client Communications
- Meetings with clients as needed to deliver reports and suggest strategies.
- Reporting
- Ability to generate useful reports on social media performance and give recommendations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solutions, not problem-focused
- Extremely punctual (I’m Japanese)
- Excellent with time management
- Extremely responsive to team and client communications
- English as the first language
- OCD level attention to detail (Again, I’m Japanese)
- Firm grasp of social media platforms FB, IG, IGTV, LI, Twitter, and YT
- Experience using email software such as ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, Mailchimp, etc
- Professional copywriting experience
- Flexible work hours
- A keen sense for graphics and copywriting style
- Team player
- Proper functioning computer and fast internet speed
