Wordpress Guru and awesome designer....Must be super experienced

I would like help completing my wordpress website.
I would like to find someone who is fantastic at design and able to make my site look and feel great.
Most of the work is done for you as i have a great theme installed and if you are familiar with Thrive theme all the better.
I would like you to set up the site and have it fully functioning.
Wage is dependent upon experience and please do not apply if you are not very experienced.
This is a one off job but there will be ongoing work in the future and it would be great to find my goto person that I can rely on for this sort of work.
