Web/Graphic Designer

As a Web/Graphic Designer, you will have the responsibility for working on a variety of projects primarily involved in website design. You will be responsible for conceptualizing design, layout, navigation and overall user experience for client websites. In addition to designing websites, you will also code responsive websites using HTML and CSS.

The role will occasionally work directly with clients as an art director and project manager as well as with internal project manager and web developers and support staff.

Job Skills & Responsibilities:
• Work directly with clients as an art director/project manager
• Manage multiple web design projects from start to finish
• Must be a creative, progressive thinker with a desire to continually evolve skills
• Communicate with team members who have varying levels of technical knowledge
• Understand and follow trends in web, mobile, tablet web design


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Excellent graphic design portfolio with an understanding of advertising and marketing concepts
• Efficient with HTML, CSS and responsive web design including a clear understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and mobile design
• Ability to effectively communicate through graphic design
• Must be able to conceptualize, design (layout), build (code) and manage customer websites
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
• Expert with Adobe products including Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver (or similar code editor)

Bonus Qualifications (not required):
• Familiarity with PPC Facebook and Google campaigns a plus but not required
• Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube a plus but not required
• Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, PHP, iOS, Android, motion graphics a plus but not required
• Ability to design app interfaces and software UI a plus but not required.
