Social Media Manager / Customer Service Rep.

We are searching for a long-term person who among other administrative tasks, can help increase our company's Social Media presence by creating quality content and generating traffic to company's website and phone lines. You have to be very creative, resourceful, and well rounded with impeccable determination, work ethics, and integrity!

Responsibilities:
Previous experience in editing videos to be posted on YouTube
Create quality content for Facebook Pages, Instagram, and build other social media channels and manage them
Manage email marketing channel/campaigns
Come up with creative social media marketing strategies to increase leads
Prospect by cold calling, messaging, emailing, and converting those leads
Research web for different data and ideas.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of creative applications such as Canva, Hootsuite, and etc
Knowledge of Hubstaff, Slack, and/or Podio (not required)
Self-starter, creative, a team player, and has great time management skills
Has client relationship building experience
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter


Work MUST HAVE Requirements:
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
Backup workstation (preferred) and internet (pocket wifi)
USB noise-canceling headset
Quiet home office
