I am looking for a lovely individual who is great with data entry, booking in patients, entering orders, tracking shipments and following packages, making commercial invoices, great customer service.
Would be great if you had experience with shopify, xero and are fast at replying to emails with a great command of the English language.
Tasks:
-booking in patients in mind body and smart nd software ( will train) very easy
- entering orders into xero and shopify
-tracking orders with UPS
-entering bill expenses into xero and working with book keeper and accounting to ensure bills are paid and accounted for
-booking meetings and zoom calls
-customer service on shopify e commerce
