Accountant/ Quick Books Expert

A Canadian/US based Business in the Fitness E-commerce industry, selling on Shopify & Amazon is looking for an accountant/bookkeeper who has an expert level knowledge of quickbooks. We are looking to for someone to come in and go through our credit card statements, bank accounts and assign everything accurately along with recording revenue and making sure that all of the profit and loss statement accounts are properly balanced and assigned.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile Statements and assign them to the right job
- Keeping quickbooks tidy and clean
- Bookkeeping for small business, with the daily management of receivables and payables in QuickBooks
- Grabbing account statements from online bank accounts and making sure they are accurately recorded and each transaction is properly accounted for
- Being able to provide a P&L statement and a Cash flow statement at the end of the month.
- Tracking raw materials and parts inventory and re-ordering as needed to ensure appropriate quantities are on hand;


Requirements:
* Microsoft Office - exposed
* Quick books - Advance Knowledge * Mandatory
* Past AP/AR Knowledge
* English Speaking // Understanding
* Updated
* Will not be needing help on tasks and self sufficient


Essential Qualifications:
- Reliable updated workstation/ antivirus
- Internet stable environment
- Experience with quickbooks for 3 years

Timing: Part time position 2 days of the week. Every week all the items will be accurately recorded and a monthly P&L and Cash flow statement will be ---------- pensation: USD ---------- depending on experience.
