This job is primarily home based but does require some office work several times out of each month depending on performance. You must be located in Bacolod City area and able to report to office in Fortune Town for training and development for several weeks before working from home.

Wireless networking setup
Wireless printer troubleshooting and setup
Sound errors and drivers
BSOD errors
Black screen errors
Fixing errors with applications such as Quicken, TurboTax, QuickBooks, MS Office, Games, and more
Software compatibility
Driver issues
Answering advanced questions / technology consultations
Tablets, Smartphones, IOS, and Android (optional)
