Office based training and development and then work from home. Report back to the office on a regular schedule for meetings and performance calibrations. Office and training will be conducted in Fortune Town office.
We are seeking full time customer service and level 1 technical support reps in Bacolod CIty area only.
Must have excellent American English accent that makes it hard to detect that we are outsourced workers from the Philippines.
This job is a mix of home based and office based when required.
Duties:
1. Answer inbound technical support / computer repair callers coming from the U.S.
2. Set expectations about the service and explain some details regarding how the process works
3. Do basic troubleshooting to install a remote access software
Previous call center experience is required. Must have excellent verbal English communication skills so that the client does not easily detect that we are outsourcing.
