Client Acquisition Specialist

Looking for an IT Client Acquisition Specialist for USA and Canadian Market.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Must have experience with the Information Technology market. Someone who has worked in the IT industry and knows how to source clients who are looking for different IT professions such as JAVA developers, .NET developers, AWS developers etc.
2. The individual has to do cold calls and email campaigns.
3. Need someone who can get 2-3 contracts a month.
4. Need someone with good communication skills.
5. Need someone who can work North American time zone.
