Customer Service Lead / EA For Startup Founder

Help CEO of Fashion start up in various areas of the business to help track, manage and grow!
- Customer Service Lead: Respond to customer emails and messages, identify new customers to reach out to and engage with, process returns and follow-up on return requests if customer did not provide reasoning.
- Help gather sales and inventory data from Shopify to inform monthly financials and weekly trend reporting
- Understand and track Google Analytics data
- Schedule Meetings as needed
- Help draft email responses
- Help manage CEO's To Do's
