Responsibilities:
Will perform customer support services within the Company’s Customer Support and Airline Reservations Systems to ensure all service level targets are met, including the following primary responsibilities
Processing schedule changes, handling inbound and outbound customer and/or airlines phone calls, email processing
Processing airline ticket cancellations due to schedule changes
Processing miscellaneous transactional work queues and problem solving for the clients Airline and Vacation packages and products with the end goal of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Fresh Graduates & undergraduates are welcome to apply!
• Good Communication Skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , preferably Tourism/Engineering or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in any shift at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City.
• Preferably 0-1 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
You will definitely have an advantage, if:
Have at least 1 year(s) Travel background / Call Center experience
Knowleadge in GDS such as Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan, etc is a plus.
