full time person needed - strong wordpress skills required

I'm building a team for long term full time employment.
I need someone who is strong at wordpress, including:
-installing wordpress
-configuring high traffic SEO sites
-the best plugins
-some programming experience preferred
-building themes
-and more

You will be working with me to take over some of the tasks I'm currently doing:
-updating clients sites (content and software)
-helping me track projects
-building some content
-simple marketing tasks

You will be asked to only work with me as this is a full time job. Also a daily email report is required.

The starting pay will be increased after a couple months of good work.

You must have good English skills, and you may have to do some writing - however no telemarketing will be required.

Also, you cannot be afraid to ask questions. I want someone who is creative and very motivated.
