Lead Generation and Marketing Manager for Software Development Company

My software development company is looking to hire a marketing manager that can head up our lead generation efforts. This is a full time ongoing opportunity with a base salary and opportunities for commission.

We can provide a lot of guidance to help you succeed but we would be looking for you to go on various job board sites online and find software development opportunities that meet our capabilities. Once you find an opportunity you would then apply and customize one of our prewritten templates. Responses would then be handled by our sales staff.

We would look for you to be able to execute the campaigns and also measure their effectiveness to help improve results by implementing different sources and templates.
