Must have:

- CPA License
- Experience with QBO
- Bookkeeping experience
- Excellent Excell skills
- Financial analysis skills
- Bonus: They have amazon/ecommerce/online sales experience
- Bonus: They have some digital marketing related knowledge
- Bonus: They understand how to analyze paid advertising profitability

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Invoicing, inventory control, reconciling books, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
Weekly transactions processing
Bookkeeping reports finalized monthly
Monthly inventory adjustment
Managing Financial Accounts (checking, savings, CC, Plastiq, PayPal, etc)
Monitor Amazon sales channels
Annual personal tax report and whatever business tax filing are needed (separate or combined)
Excel Skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table, etc)
Monitor FBA Inventory of each ASIN and inform us when we need to place a new order to keep the inventory full
