Virtual Sales and Customer Support Assistant

Job description: We are looking for someone to monitor and respond to website chat inquiries and answer email inquiries about our programs.

Experience/skills required: Candidate must be proficient in writing English, using web-based apps such as Gmail or chatting apps, and must answer inquiries timely during their assigned ---------- ndidate must become an familiar with our Frequently Asked Questions and will be responsible for fielding basic inquiries related to pricing, program requirements, registration process, and similar questions, with the goal to respond quickly and guide the user to applying for the online program.

We do not require a specific level of formal education but it is a consideration. Fluency and understanding our programs are the most important attributes.
