Full-Time Lead Web Developer (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS)

I'm the owner of a number of web-businesses supported by a small team based in the Philippines. Looking for a talented web developer to work with me long-term on a variety of experimental projects.

Interested in hiring a talented, full-time web developer with skills in:
- PHP (with MySQL)
- HTML
- Javascript
- Graphics design or a least a good "design sense"

In addition, must have:
1. A history a completing large or medium-size projects from start to finish.
2. Knowledge of writing well-organized, clean, and easy-to-maintain code
3. Ability to make consistent progress with good communication

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day with flexible schedule (though must overlap with my work schedule: midnight - 8am Manila time)
Base Salary: $5 USD / hour (40-50 hours/week)
