Real Estate VA

We are looking for someone with AMAZING customer service skills. This job position will consist of generating and contacting home owners to see if they are interested in selling their home.You will be provided with the software to call. You must be able to make at least 100 calls a day. Scripts will be provided.You will be provided with videos on what is expected. We do not want a robotic like conversations. We encourage you to have friendly natural conversations. You will ask a couple questions and you will then email it to us. You have to be FLUENT with english.

Dialpad
Podio

You must be able to work Monday through Friday 10 am to 3 pm. (EST)

Personality Requirements
Must be comfortable speaking with random and people and engage in a friendly conversation.
Must be comfortable with rejection on a daily basis.
Office Admin required
must have a laptop or desktop with at least 5MBps internet speed.
Must be able to work with supervision in quiet locations.Must be tech savvy and be able to work with basic web applications.
Must be able to take notes while on the phone with prospects.
Must have a positive attitude and be teachable.
