VA Required For Social Media & Podcast Support

Hi,

Before I tell you about this role where I'm looking for a freelancer (VA (Knows Social Media) NOT an agency, let me share what I do and the people I serve.

Many men struggle with feeling lost, stuck and frustrated in relationships and work/businesses that don't LIGHT THEM UP! Many men are lonely and lack other close male friends that they can talk to about what's really happening between their 2 ears.

The problem is that men are quite often scared to show they aren't perfect, scared to open up and have an attitude of I can do it on my own. If I get help I'm weak and not a man. This limits their ability to create an extraordinary life for themselves, partners, and ---------- Men I coach and educate the modern man around the challenges they are facing through my 1-2-1, group coaching, Facebook Challenges, men's circles, podcast and Maskless Men community.

At this point, you've either said WTF! or you've probably said I love this I want to be involved, keep reading.

I need an individual who can help me in to get my message out so I can focus on adding valuable content, driving leads, creating new programs and coaching my clients.

The role includes but is not limited to:


Creating a basic social media strategy
Sharing, scheduling and repurposing content
Create and generate ideas and graphics for use on Social media in the Maskless Men Community and on both FB, Insta, & LinkedIn Page
Uploading videos to YouTube, adding descriptions, thumbnails and tags.
Responding to comments, connecting with new people and messaging ---------- tting up Facebook Challenges Manychat
Managing the setup and distribution of podcasts
Converting Podcasts into Blog posts
Website Changes (
Creating Meetup group and events


I'm looking for the following:

Role Skills
At least 1 year experience in social media management
WordPress, Divi Theme experience (Preferable but not essential)
Canva, Photoshop or similar experience to creating social media graphics
Ability to brainstorm and create and plan a social media strategy.
Writing and building Active campaign Experience or similar (Preferred but not essential)
Clickfunnels experience building funnels (Preferable but not essential)
Office Suite experience
Basic video editing (Preferable but not essential)


Soft Skills
Believes in what we're doing and will be pro-active in coming up with new ideas to help more men
Has fantastic English speaking and writing skills
Has attention to detail, great energy and is hard working.
Isn't going to be a robot, I need someone who will speak up if they see something wrong and not just do exactly what I say all the time.
Is open to learning, I can train you on everything I need but can't train attitude that must come from you.
Punctuality (Very important)
Must be committed to growing and learning

This role is can be full (40hrs) or part-time 20hrs) for the right person and as my business grows so will the role and the pay. Max Pay for the right candidate is $450 so please don't apply if you require more.

This is a long term position.
