Need a video animation specialist

I have some really boring training videos that I'm redoing. The current videos have different things going on while stuff is being explained. Some play out like powerpoints, some have a couple people sitting around / chatting / explaining and others are just a black screen with some graphics moving around. Overall, they're lame. I'd like something ---------- n you do that?

I don't have anything in particular in mind. I guess I'd prefer some kind of animation, but it doesn't matter what ---------- nd me examples of what you've done to be considered.
