Looking for a Virtual Assistant for Social Media Marketing/Customer support for website

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide Customer Support, and help with Sales and Marketing to clients in US.

Job involves:
- Email Marketing
- Responding to Customer Queries
- Being available on Site Chat to respond to queries from potential customers and Job seekers
- Phone Calls to increase sales
- Customer Support activities, responding to support cases etc.
- Social Media marketing

We will pay a weekly rate and some profit sharing.

If you have experience with Virtual Assistant/Sales pl. respond.
Any experience with HealthCare or recruitment field will be a plus
