Deep understanding of end to end recruitment processes
-Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
-Ability to grasp requirements for both technical and non-technical roles from hiring managers
-Preferably with previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
-Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to headhunt candidates
-Has the ability to build strong professional relationships with candidates
-Hands-on experience with various interview formats
-Previous experience handling the onboarding process
-Solid understanding of HR practices, procedures, and labor law
-Possess a sense of urgency and initiative to fill positions
-Results Driven
