Cisco Infrastructure Analyst III - 1-3 years work experience

The Network Analyst's role is to develop, implement, launch, and maintain network systems and services in support of Alta Resources core technology infrastructure. The Network Analyst also ensures the stability and integrity of the Alta Resources network. The Network Analyst executes work activity in accordance with the overall strategic plans developed by IT Architects. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve technology issues in a timely and accurate fashion in order to maximize the benefit of Alta Resources core technologies.

2 years of Help Desk and customer service experience.
2-4 years of general IT experience with 2 years of desktop, systems, or network experience required. At least 1-2 years of hands on technical experience in 2 or 3 of the following technical skill sets listed below:
- Cisco UCS Blade system
- Cisco Networking (wired and wireless)
- Cisco Firewall management
- VPN (Remote Access, LAN-to-LAN)
- Cisco Wireless
- F5 Load Balancers
- IP Routing / Switching
