JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We are seeking a Full Time organized, diligent and skilled Amazon Manager to join our team. Pay is to be determined, depending on your skill level.

As an operations and account manager, your two main responsibilities will be:
1) Inventory management
2) Amazon account management

Inventory Management includes managing inventory projections, working with suppliers, product sourcing, reporting and ---------- ventory management experience is highly preferred. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing listing or inventory issues with Amazon Seller Support.

Amazon account management covers more general responsibilities, which may include a little bit of customer service (email only), product research, product creation and launch support, supplier research, and weekly/monthly reporting for finances and operations. You may also be doing similar work with our second brand which is also an Amazon related retail business. Amazon experience is highly preferred.

We would like you to have a strong base of skills, but we are also able to help train you on new programs and skill. Important requirements for this job:

> Experienced with inventory management
> Willing to learn new skills quickly (we will teach you during salaried hours)
> Speaks fluent English
> Willing to ask questions if you get stuck
> Reliable and high speed internet

Most of your time you can work in your own time zone, at your own preferred hours! However, you must be available for meetings Monday-Friday, 4-5pm Pacific Time. At the beginning meetings might be daily, but eventually it will be only one time per week. While you work, you must be available to communicate by Slack, email and Asana.

These skills are not necessary, but they would be nice to have:

> Photoshop and video editing
> Researching, vetting, and working with suppliers and freight forwarders
> Customer service
> Experience with Amazon Seller Central

We are looking for a loyal, Full Time employee who we can work with for the long term and develop a great working relationship. You will be paid weekly during the probationary period. After passing a specific probationary period, you will be eligible for additional perks:
