VA with Customer Services Experience

We need a VA with Customer Services and social media management experience. Experience in an online marketing business and with Zendesk and live chat would be a great advantage.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Responding to and handling emails on Zendesk
- Approving Facebook group join requests
- Assisting customers on live chat
- Managing Social media account
