We are looking to hire dispatchers for a locksmith service company in New York City.
We are looking for someone responsible, good at sales, can speak with customers on the phone easily, input job information from clients into our computer system, does not give up, motivated, good customer service skills, takes initiative, and thinks outside the box, and is looking to grow with our company.
We are a company that works 24 hours a day seven days a week and have the day split into shifts.
We will train our employees but also expect our employee to be eager to learn and try their best to learn from our example.
We need someone who is a problem solver and knows how to work on their own.
We are looking for the type of person who is relentless and will not give up on a phone call without getting the client to agree to service.

Daily tasks include answering client phone calls, calling back clients, setting up appointments, dispatching jobs to technicians, problem solving/customer service, answering few
The goal of this position is to answer all phone calls, get the job from the client (address, phone number, and type of service needed without giving up), send to the correct technician, follow up and ensure the job was completed.
40-48 hour per week shifts available.
