We're looking for a VA who can help with general administration tasks.
This would include:
- Setting up meetings and managing the Founder's calendar
- Sending out invoices and checking payments have been made
- Issuing logins to our new participants
The tools we use are Microsoft 365, InfusionSoft, FreshBooks, Zapier and Stripe. We also issues logins to our course through WordPress.
We are an online training company based in the UK but have clients in UK, US, Europe & Australia. We're a relatively small team comprised of recruitment, sales and marketing professionals.
We're ideally looking for someone who is experienced using Microsoft 365 and has great communication skills. Use of any other tools listed above is a bonus but not necessary.
