Book Designer (Home based)

Are you a highly talented book designer (for print), with a world-class design portfolio?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!!

We are offering you a full-time position designing a 200-page book from the comfort of your own home.

The book will be all about WEBSITE ---------- will be educational to help small businesses get better results from their website, plus there will be about 20 case studies in there of some of our best clients that are doing very well.

We are ---------- , an Australian business that has an excellent reputation for creating world-class custom websites & branding for our clients all around the world.

The book will have a mixture of education, case studies, cool graphics & photos of our clients.

The book will need to be designed as a very cool, high class yet streety, well designed, stunning, hard-covered coffee table book. (Plus it will need a simplified Kindle version.)

The look and feel of the book will be:
- Similar page layouts to the ideas in this folder: ----------
- The colors to be very monochromatic, with a single highlight color. You can use a range of colors throughout the book, but just keep one highlight color per chapter.

We will have a Zoom video call so I can brief you properly and so that you can ask me questions.

For this role, you will need to:
- Design to a high standard.
- Be self-motivated & very reliable
- Work at a fair & reasonably fast pace.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Accept constructive criticism of your work.
- Be able to design the book in Adobe InDesign
- Be ethical, and a good communicator.
- Have good English speaking & writing skills.
- Have a fast & reliable computer & fast internet speed.
- Work full-time within standard daytime hours, 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday.

The position will start with a fully paid full-time 2 week trial period, to see how well you can design. If your performance, talent, and attitude are a good fit for our culture, we will offer you a permanent full-time position.

You will have a regular weekly income that you can rely on. (Paid directly into your bank in PHP.)

After the first book project is complete we will have other projects lined up for you to work on next.
