Job Position :
Warehouse manager
Long term only - Minimum 3 years, can be renewed
Based in Gabon, Central West Africa
Work from Monday to Saturday
From 7:00am to 07:00 pm

Job description :
- Managing, Supervising and coordinating Employees
- Distribution of Operations by scheduling and assigning employees as well as following up on work results
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by monitoring and disciplining employees
- Enforcing personnel policies and procedures
- Inspecting equipment : Issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Safeguards warehouse operations by monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system

Job requirements :
- English
- French is a plus
- Good common sense, good Judgment and good analatycal skills
- Good Reporting Skills
- Eager to learn and fast learner
- Motivation is key
