Web Master w Call Center exp, marketing & graphic design

Magic Money Miracles, LLC just opened and needs a webmaster with a can-do attitude, who shows up for work daily starting at 8 or 9am. My time zone is 13-14 hours behind yours on central standard, so I need for you to log on early in the morning to check if you have any questions about the latest instructions so that we have time to work and troubleshoot in real-time together before I go to bed. This person has to come in early and or work late so that we can communicate in real-time. This person needs to be able to check in every day or any day. Excuses like weekends, holidays, 9-5 only, doesn't work, so don't apply if you're that type of person. You must have a 'how can we do' spirit that is available to resolve emergencies. I do not want applicants who refuse to call or don't feel comfortable speaking and working with me. If you need me, you call. Don't wait on a text, fail to get anything done, then not show up on the weekends, and demand to get paid when we can't ever get the ball down the field.

I need to know that you can follow written instructions, figure things out on your own, check in daily to say when you are beginning work and chime in before you want to leave so that we can get on the same page. I need someone who can commit to our team.

BUT for right now......

Right now the emergency is getting the newly created emails to show up from Gmail when we try to compose an email.
I need that done for 3 people.

Then we need help mapping the CRM to Mailchimp. I have purchased credit with Roor and prefer someone with experience who will work with mapping the AI text conversations for the various products and sales funnels. I don't know that we need ring ---------- 's not my forte.

There are several websites.
Right now we need help recreating some images for display banners, so proficiency in photoshop and illustrator is imperative. We want to be able to change some phone numbers on a display image. We need display images at various sizes and DPI depending on social media requirements. You have to be smart enough to know how to create the right size ad.

I want someone who can get all of our stuff packaged into videos for social media. We're almost ready with all the tracking, but appropriate funnels need to be set up in facebook, and I'm not expert working the backoffice.

I know it's not the norm to find all these skills together at once, but someone who isn't afraid to tinker with video should be the web master. The corporate design for a product goes from static graphic ads to videos that show on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and even Hulu. I need someone who can create a dynamic ad. these mean a flair for marketing, or willingness to learn how to get ads accepted. There are tools. Let's find them together, buy them, and create new content that converts.

We have a new business starting TODAY, and need the graphic design developed for the concept. We are working with an existing corporate branding design concept and have an existing video that needs to be edited down and reworked. But first, the CRM, Mailchimp, gmail, etc has to function.

I'm an alternative doctor. I have focused on men's health and mental health. I'm trying to expand my outreach on a lot of taboo subjects that are becoming recognized like curing cancer naturally, curing complex PTSD, erectile dysfunction. I make a natural anti-depressant pill that people love and I want to market more. I want to turn this work more into a church with memberships, an alternative recovery center. Our new company, Magic Money Miracles, LLC will help pay for retreat centers and fund outreach. My day is attending clients anywhere from 11am-9pm. Then I am usually out networking. Somewhere in there I have to fit in development and more study.

Consistent communication and updating is key to keep me calm, confident, and also holding up my end of the project responsibilities. Your goal is to keep the ball rolling down the field.

This person must have impeccable integrity- honest & naturally of good humor. You can't be someone who lashes out and gets vengeful. I need someone calm and focused, not moody. So you have to have self-respect, a stable life already established, and this means we don't want drinkers or anyone using cocaine.

This person must understand and apply the Fibonachi ---------- 's application be obvious in the design portfolio you present.

We have an app that will require attention as I continue to roll out new products. Because it is easy to use, no coding, I don't know how much beef is available, but we want tracking, pixel, things that help us make it more useful.

I published a book and need more help building out that product site.

I try to study how to construct the marketing strategy for these products, and create the most effective content, but I really good at the technical side. I'm studying and researching but I prefer someone who has SUCCESSFUL experience with ---------- t a must, but a huge plus.

I prefer someone whom I can collaborate with on the videos and webinars to make them look really professional. The more professional the product looks, the more it'll sell, and you can expect to receive bonuses for improving the iteration process. If this has to be one specific person's job, then so be it.

We will do Facebook Ads- You have to be on your game about this. I don't mind paying an expert a commensurate salary, but if you have to study a lot to learn how to do this, the pay rate will include the spare time you take to learn on the job.

I'm willing to pay a premium for an expert who can save time, but you must be focused, disciplined, honest, and not charge me for the time that you spend slacking off distracted with your bored lover texting you all day or kids and a tv blaring in the background. I'm willing to work with someone who's not an expert but has a great attitude, design aesthetic, and is efficient and humble.

I prefer somebody with a successful internet marketing experience. Someone with whom I can consult rather than just give orders to. I have purchased a lot of stuff from expert marketers if you're willing to learn.

I want somebody with a fantastic eye for balanced design so that our feminine look for my ministry feels balanced with the masculine partner company. Old designs and new designs need to look cohesive.

We have produced 6 CDs available wherever digital media is sold. I just changed the price and need to see if there is any way to adjust the price on Amazon or iTunes. I think we can't, but we should double-check. This is hosted through TuneCore.
I need to get the digital package they have of each CD in my cloud possession. And then we need to order physical CD copies.

I also need some help to make this package of CDs more easily available to friends or clients as a gift. LIke "Today only, claim your 6 CD package on Enlightenment free. just sign up through our facebook page web form."

I need someone willing to dig in and work till we are clear to move forward on business. I think it's a full-time position up until new years, then we take a break and regroup. But you have to be effective working on your own.

You must be in the habit of double-checking your work across platforms. Show me what you've got this weekend and then we'll worry about money. Start with an hourly rate and let's see if we can get through one effective week.
