Sales & Customer Support

We are looking for an experienced credit & Sales specialist to perform tasks such as:



* Reviewing credit reports of all three bureaus and identify negative accounts
* Create dispute letters and send to proper recipients using our proprietary software
* Provide general credit education and guidance to customer
* We need self-sufficient persons who have GREAT work ethic and problem-solving skills. We only want team players who understand the professional world and how to communicate effortlessly!

Ability to both follow a sales script as well as think fast with a solution based approach

Taking incoming calls from our clients, assisting with their credit questions and needs. Our Credit Specialists are required to handle each call with compassion, focusing on the needs of our clients and building long term relationships. This could include handling credit questions or helping our clients see the value of our service.
· Provide a complete analysis of a client's credit profile and credit score while maintaining highest level of customer service
· Connect with clients and provide solutions for accomplishing their dreams through improved credit worthiness


Must have knowledge SALES ! Knowledge
