SEO on page specialist

We are a marketing agency looking for someone to handle many SEO accounts. Vast experience required. Written and spoken English skills must be above average. Experience and knowledge of current SEO practices required. 40 hours - full-time position.
On page SEO will be the focus (title tags, headers, meta descriptions, etc). Though, some more technical SEO aspects may be required too (example: site speed)
