Transcriber: Looking for an outstanding transcriber to convert audio to text!

I am an entrepreneur in Canada. I am looking for a transcriber who can put voice recordings into text (as well as some handwritten notes) using Microsoft OneNote. You can view these audio and written notes at this DropBox link:

I will pay 3.75 Canadian dollars which will be about 138 ph pesos. I am looking for someone who can work 10 to 20 hours a week. Therefore, the salary will be 2760 ph per week for 20 hours.
