Graphic Designer

Position: Jr. Graphics Designer
This is an online remote position at a fast growing online viral growth agency.
We'll start with a **test project,** and for the right person we're looking to **move them to a retainer position.**
This is your perfect opportunity to finetune your skills as a designer, there is a lot of room to learn and grow over the course of our project. Plus you'll be able to get a broad variety of experience in many different niches.
We need someone who can:
* Create high converting landing pages and upsell pages
* Knows how to work with a web developer to provide them all needed info for the implementation
* Is available ~25-35hrs per week average for our workload (our projects average 30-60 day build time, starting from the time of a client signing you will have weekly milestones set out clearly defining the expectations in our project management software)
* Can create high click through online Ads graphics (Facebook, Instagram stories, Instagram in-feed, advertorial placements, etc.)
* Can create logos in a variety of different styles (we don't do this often but include in our VIP service to our clients)
* Is detail oriented
* Meets deadlines
* Enough experience to provide timeline estimates for assigned tasks (and if any timelines need to be adjusted when presented with an emergency priority), good time management skills
* Excellent direction follower
* Strong written English communication skills (tasks are primarily given in writing via Project Management software, alongside sometimes an included video screenshare. Q's and clarification mainly done via writing - but also through screenshare video.)
* Is a problem solver and has common sense. Even if we're going to do a type of project you've never done before (maybe you've never created a VSL/webinar), that you have the ability to do research on your own to ensure the correct aspect ratio and quality of the product.
* Can be our "go-to designer" for both our client's needs, and our company's internal needs
* Loves learning, wants to grow and improve as a designer, and wants to get experience working with a variety of clients!

## TEST PROJECT:
To see how well we work together, selected candidates will be given a test project of **1 task.**
This "1 task" could be creating a design for 1 page, or creating 3 different logo concepts (for 1 "brand").
**Budget: At your hourly rate**
AFTER that point we may be ready to make our selection, or we may work with you on a few more tests at your hourly rate before making our final selection and bringing them onto retainer.
