JOB OVERVIEW

Our business is an online marketing agency for Real Estate agents in Canada. We provide online marketing and automation for realtors to qualify cold leads through automation. I am looking for a VA or ISA that is able to manage Facebook Ad accounts, as well as build ad creatives inside Canva for our clients. Additional tasks will be to help with onboarding and setting up our CRM (GoHighLevel) for new clients. Sales and qualifying calls for clients will be an asset. We are willing to pay a commission on top of the hourly wage for anyone who is able to help close sales calls for our business.

I am looking for someone who is fluent in english and has a broad understanding of Canva, and Facebook Ads.

Assets include

Understanding and experience with Facebook Ads (Real Estate ad experience an asset)
Graphic design in Canva
The ability to follow an outlined SOP
Ability to enter data in our CRM for new client acquisition & onboarding (SOP provided)

Bonus (Additional Income) for VA's/ISA that have sales experience and are able to help with follow-up and closing calls for our agency. An additional $200 CAD can be paid per close on top of your hourly wage. No Cap.

We are looking for a motivated individual that can take instruction, as well as manage their time effectively.

Part time (20 hours) to start, and willing to build to a full time 40 hour a week position within the company.
