Customer support and Social media representative required

For a succesfull POD brand, a customer support, and social media representative is required.

* Your experience in customer support (email/phone) so far and on which platforms.
* Your experience with e-commerce brands so far (if you have none, please mention it, you will NOT be disqualified for that).
* Your experience with managing social media accounts (customer support and daily content).
* Your willingness to do night shifts (constantly).
