Android Application, Webdev | Full Time Employee Needed Longterm

I need an android application developer who can convert my current php script, database etc. Into the necessary files for an android application.

You must be able to use API's and post-backs and understand the elements of the android api.

I am looking to fill a full time position you will be working on one of my many projects, the first of which is The android application and then web development (Php or any language you like that works with the project).

I pay very well, $350 a starting point I am very negotiable and I pay bonuses for timely work and overtime. I plan on starting an office in the Philippines and you can be a lead developer or project manager if you can prove yourself fit.
