We are seeking a strategic and innovative LINK BUILDING AND OUTREACH SPECIALIST to join an amazing team of professionals working for an Australian based digital agency who services small & medium-sized businesses across all industries!

We need a go-getter, someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty promoting content to get people talking about it and linking to it. This job is not for the shy or those who need every minute of their day laid out for them. We’re looking for an Internet-savvy creative with the outreach capacity of an experienced salesman.

Responsibilities
- Understanding the client’s products/services, target markets, and the influencers in their space in order to determine what type of content will be most beneficial for building the client’s inbound link and mention profiles.
- Producing content that's going to get optimal results with search engines
- Researching and curating link building opportunities to increase online profile
- Develop and execute strategy to generate backlinks through content development, outreach and PR
- Brainstorming and creating original and research-based content for outreach campaigns
- Reporting on outreach performance

Requirements:
- 2-3 years relevant professional experience
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
- Effective communication skills including solid understanding of English grammar
- Confidence in your link building and outreach skill (Able to generate 30-50 links!)
- Driven, passionate and can work with minimum supervision
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report and act on data
- Internet friendly creative that can interact within multiple online communities and build relationships with ease
- Innovative, inquisitive and effective problem solver
- Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and results driven environment
- BONUS POINT: Experience with scaling outreach using platforms like Pitchbox or Ninja Outreach
