Social Media Manager

We are looking for an individual with skills to manage, edit and produce social media content for a Property Development company based in the UK.
Social media outlets are: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Skills: Knowledge of the above Social Media platforms, how to maximise leads, a good level of designing posts.
Others skills which would be advantageous: Knowledge of the property market, ability to think independently, ability to do research on the said market.
Role: will be to enter content on all three platforms over 8 accounts covering one company, two subsidiaries and two directors. All will be linked and will require adjusting to be made as efficient as possible. Purpose of the accounts will be to raise awareness of the companies function, on-going projects, raising private investor finance and lead generation.
Requirements: Initially two hours per week, this will have the scope to increase in the future.
