CEO ASSISTANT

This job’s goal is to relieve time of daily schedule & help organize your Founder Dahmari Taplin for ( business or personal assistance). You will only report to me, but might be in communication with his other business partners. In some cases you will be required to be in contact with me late night, or early morning. You will begin only working 2-3 hours per day until you learn more about the company.



These are the main duties: (But you will get more duties as we grow our partnership)


#1 I will be sharing an excel spreadsheet with you to 'share website/blog/mobile app/ instagram page/ spotify playlist/ etc links' on facebook & other social media platforms.

#2 Customer interactions** (VERY IMPORTANT) Reply to comments, & inbox messages, & reach out to new potential customers.

#3 You may be given a list of duties to be completed with a deadline, some will flow over till next day.

#4 Email Marketing (send a quick blast email to out email list)

#5 Sending Reminders & offering help & ideas to make our vision come to life (communicate with me daily, asking how is business, & how can I help) (VERY IMPORTANT)
