We are an Australian, (Adelaide) based web development company specialising in website development, upgrades and troubleshooting for the Australian market.
We need someone with:
1. Excellent English - because you will be posting content and responding to customer service emails, you MUST have excellent English skills. You MUSt be able to write like a native English speaker. We want all our customers to think that anything written by you has been written by an Australian (yep - we are in Australia!).
2. Excellent Organisational & Time Management Skills - you need to be able to handle a range of diverse work across a number of different businesses. You need to be able to work quickly and to a high standard. Email and ticket management skills is s must!
3. Initiative - I am really looking for someone who can grow in this position. If you can only work with day to day supervision and direction, then this probably isn't the job for you.
4. Bonus Skills - you DO NOT NEED these skills for this job (so please apply even if you dont have any of these skills), but if you have them, it will be a bonus for us. So, IF you have these skills, please mention them in your application -
