JOB OVERVIEW

Good day!

My name is Mohamed, And I'm a founder of a beauty equipment company based on Dubai with an operation office in Egypt,
And I'm looking for a creative virtual assistant to join our company as an office manager,
He/She will be my assistant and will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Do the administrative tasks "E-mail reply, Phone calls, Dealing with Suppliers, Logistics, etc.".
- managing daily schedule, update and prioritize important emails receiving phone calls.
- Able to act on initiative, identify opportunities & proactive in putting forward ideas & solutions.
- Understand Online Bookkeeping.
- Understand recruitment basics, like interviewing and analyzing skillset.
- Can Research to find the top new trending products.
- Can Find specific products suppliers on Alibaba, Aliexpress, compare prices, filter middle-man and fake quotations.
- Compare prices and analyze the competitors.
- Follow up with the suppliers, ensure product quality, follow up with logistics partners.
- Order processing, handling feedbacks, cancellations and returns and product listing.
- Woocommerce and Amazon store management, with a full understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA.
- woocommerce Product listing, Title optimization, SEO management, using WordPress & Elementor Editor.
- Customer Service - Responding to buyer messages, e-mails, reviews and feedback in a professional and friendly ---------- sired Qualifications:
- Good Google Sheets/Excel skills. Most work will be done in Google Sheets, so experience with spreadsheets is a must.
- Familiar to different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube,
- Strong work ethics, must show up on time, and put hours in.
- Problem-solving mentality To solve day-to-day problems.
- Basic Photo editing (remove background, resize, create a basic design).
- Must be a team player.
- Good organisation skills
- Advanced/Fluent English.

Technology requirements
- High speed, stable internet access
- Stable power
- Stable computer

Terms:
40 hours a week. Paid every 1st and 15th.
Trial period: 1 week (paid)
