Experienced Link Builder to Join Our Team

We are a media company that helps grow and scale websites on various topics. We’re looking for a qualified person to help build quality backlinks by responding to link building email responses that we receive. Having a sales background is helpful for this, because you will oftentimes be negotiating with webmasters in order to get backlinks. We have team members who create and build out robust link building campaigns, and we need someone who can manage the link building inboxes, reply to emails, and ultimately attain backlinks.

We are looking for someone with experience for this position! If you don't have link building and email experience, this is not a good position for you to apply for. Who we are looking for:
- Critical thinker: We will provide you with some templated email responses you can use; however, it will be your job to tailor each response to apply to a specific email. You need to understand what the email recipient is asking/ looking for, and then negotiate with them so we can ideally secure a backlink.

- Knowledge of link building: Need to understand various link building strategies (guest posting, skyscraper, link insertion, etc). While you are not the one building the campaigns, you need to understand the overall goal of what each type of campaign is meant to achieve. For example, with guest post campaigns, it will be your responsibility to come up with multiple guest posting topics that we could write for a given website.

- Organized: We’ll train you on how to organize the inbox properly, but it is your job to keep it this way. There are days when hundreds of emails are sent out, and properly managing responses is vital to this position.

- Strong English skills: You MUST be able to write well in English. You will be replying to emails, and the ability to write well is crucial.

- Knowledge of how to use Ahrefs, Gmail, and Google Sheets is a plus.

- Knowledge of link building is a plus

Roles:
- Respond to emails
- Manage multiple inboxes for various websites
- Understand and execute link strategies each month
- Evaluate websites we reach out to and determine if they are good link opportunities, and which link of ours would best work for their site

Hours/ Payment:
- Part-time: We need someone who can work 4 hours per day, Mon-Fri. (20 hours/ week in total)
- The specific timeframe you work is flexible; however, we need to come up with a consistent schedule so we know when to expect you to work.
- $6.50 USD/ hour
