I am looking for a virtual assistant for my new Digital Marketing Agency. We will work on in house projects as well with clients. I am looking for someone who is already experienced but I am open to training, if you have the desire to be really great at what you do. I am looking for someone that is highly organized, you will be working with multiple businesses at the same time so organization, time management and stress management are important.
You will be doing the usual VA tasks along with tasks that are specific to Digital Marketing.
Responsibility: General Virtual Assistance
Bookkeeping and payroll duties: calculating hours, adding expenses, updating salaries.
Receptionist duties: answering calls, leaving voi
Database building, entry and updates (sales, contacts, CRM, etc.).
Performing banking needs, like paying bills and transferring funds.
Writing and sending invoices to clients.
Creating, filing and presenting weekly reports on sales, deliverables, hours and

Scheduling appointments with clients, businesses and salespeople.

• Prior experience in completing tasks written in the job description is preferred.
• Examples of past work, or the ability to complete a quick trial project.
• Effective communicator with a quick communication turnaround (24 business hours is standard).
• A portfolio, website, and/or testimonials of past work and client praise.
• Ability to provide their own contract and billing process.
