JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a fast learner? Driven to perform? Do you like fast-paced environments and a variety of tasks? Do you always look for how things can be done more efficiently, and excel at building operational processes and systems? Do you have a keen attention to detail?

If so, I'm looking for my right-hand person - a virtual assistant that can manage operations, give ideas and suggestions, be flexible, bright, and creative. This is not your typical virtual assistant position. You will receive training on a number of valuable skillsets listed below, and be given autonomy to create efficiency. You'll help with our graphic design agency, as well as our coaching/consulting firm that's creating online courses.

THE ROLE:
You'll be in charge of day-to-day operations for our graphic design company, work with the designers on the team to stay organized, take on a crucial role in managing our content and social media, perform basic tasks in digital marketing softwares like ClickFunnels and Aweber, and assist with business development, outreach to prospects, lead generation and research.

While experience in these things is not necessary (great if you do have it!), as you'll be trained, the ideal candidate should possess:

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Attention to detail and a mind for operations
- Strong written (and ideally verbal) communication in English
- Hunger and ability to learn quickly
- Great team player with a good sense of humor and fun
- Basic technical skills (emails, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, including Linkedin
- Disciplined and observes deadlines carefully
- Fully capable computer and internet set up with ideally a 4GB RAM computer and a 3mbps internet subscription
- Wiling to collaborate and present ideas


It's a plus if you possess:
- basic video editing or design skills
- knowledge of project management
- experience with creating and curating social media content
- basic keyword research
- Zapier knowledge


Duties to include (training provided):
- Basic video editing skills (will be given raw footage to cut into a YouTube video)
- Review content for highlights and send to designers to create quote boards, and create other snippets for social media
- Research content topics
- Post to social media
- Basic editing in Clickfunnels and Aweber email campaigns
- Project management and client management
- Outreach to prospects using templates
- Social media engagement


Ideal candidate has 2+ years experience as a VA.
