Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

We are expanding our dynamic Engineering team and we are on the lookout for our next Lead Software Engineer. We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer who is comfortable with both programming and architecting big data.
About the Role
You will be leading our Engineering team and your job scope will include:

Build a data-driven SPA with the ability to manipulate complex filters and generate plots in ---------- sign, develop, test, and maintain customer-facing Web ---------- erate the UI/UX of the dashboard.
Build intuitive and interactive visualization ---------- signing and developing ---------- eting both technical and consumer needs.
Implement high-quality code in an agile, test-driven development environment.
Perform performance and scalability analysis.
Create detailed software development plans and directing the team to completion.
Scope development efforts providing reliable resource and timeline ---------- t standards for product/process quality and monitor the team’s ---------- ntor and develop software engineer team.
Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data using AWS technologies.
Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.

Requirements
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
4+ Experience building and delivering enterprise software at scale using AWS technologies.
4+ years of experience in the development and maintenance of complex data systems.
4+ years experience shipping production code in Python.
4+ years experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets using AWS technology.
Advanced knowledge in these technologies React, Node.js, GraphQL, D3.js, Docker and Kubernetes is a must.
Mathematics, particularly statistics.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
