Virtual Assistant (emails and social media)

We are looking for someone with the ability to copy/paste email templates and use proper grammar towards customers for about an hour per ---------- eelancers with customer experience are preferred and the candidate must be slow to anger as some specific customers can be harsh and rude.

The main goal is to kindly answer all customer emails from the previous day, check social media direct messages and assist customers calmly and helpfully.
