Social Media Marketing Agency looking for a media buyer with a track record

Looking for an E-Commerce media buyer / performance marketer to join our team.
We need someone who can run (and has a good track record with) Facebook ADs. Google and a YouTube Ads would be a bonus. We need someone who can do copywriting and has and understanding of an effective marketing strategy and how funnels work.
Our Clients are in the health sub niche.
Payment will be on a per client basis to start with and move to a high salary if you perform well. INDIVIDUALS ONLY - NO AGENCIES PLEASE.
