Digital Marketing Professional, Hourly, Pilates Can Pty Ltd HQ: Canberra, ACT, Australia, Remote.

We are aiming for big growth over the next couple of years, via new projects in national and international markets, starting with our local market here in Canberra, Australia. If you are part of that growth, then we will also grow your hourly rate and associated benefits.

If you already have a full-time load and would like to try us out with a small number of hours, before making a larger commitment, then we would also be very happy to accommodate that sort of progression, for the right person. You can start with an initial 8 – 10 hours per week and build that to a full-time load.

OVERVIEW

The role of Digital Marketing Professional will become an important part of the growing Pilates Can team of digital and marketing in-house staff & consultants.

The main focus of the role is to help create new, and improve existing Email Marketing Automation for Pilates Can

Candidates seeking this role must be able to work with our cross-functional team to brainstorm and monitor marketing campaign progress and collaborate with the company’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities:


Email
Marketing Automation Expert / Specialist (ActiveCampaign)

• Manage integrated marketing campaigns with email workflows, relevant targeted reports, lists, contacts, & forms.
• Refine and enhance our account’s deal structure and integration with other platforms such as Word Press, FaceBook & Mind Body Online.
• Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner
• Executes email campaigns in Active Campaign including building campaigns, logic streams, automation rules, creation of segments, forms and landing pages, email content creation, and deployment
• Interpret and implement digital best practices for email, personalization, segmentation, and data-capture from forms and landing pages
• Analyze, track and report on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel and the flywheel
• Partners cross-functionally to design and implement campaign tests, and apply results

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years of experience in using Active Campaign is a MUST
• Preferably have experience in working for an Australian or US company
• A team-oriented mindset and ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
- Good communication skills


The successful candidate will start at an attractive hourly rate. The performance will be reviewed regularly based on Key Performance Indicators that will be formulated via discussions with shortlisted applicants prior to on-boarding the successful candidate. We are aiming for a very long-term relationship with the right candidate.
